Gana Sarathi Old Age Home is a non-commercial, non-profit charitable organization. We do not sell any products, goods, or services via our website. Our mission is to provide free-of-cost shelter, food, care, and companionship to senior citizens in need.
As such:

We do not ship any physical goods or digital products.

Our website does not include a shopping cart or e-commerce features.
2. Donations Only
The only monetary transactions accepted through our website are voluntary donations made by supporters and well-wishers to help us continue our humanitarian efforts. These donations:

Are considered gifts with no physical delivery or product return.

Are acknowledged via email confirmation or a receipt, if applicable.
3. Acknowledgment of Donations
While we do not deliver physical goods, every donor will:

Receive an acknowledgment via email, if a valid email address is provided.

Be issued a donation receipt (and tax certificate, if eligible under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act).

4. In-Kind Donations
If you wish to contribute in-kind donations (such as food, clothing, medical supplies, etc.), please contact us directly to make delivery or drop-off arrangements. Kindly do not ship items without prior coordination.
